PARENTS: DO NOT DO THIS IF YOUR CHILD PRACTICE MARTIAL ARTS

Actualizado: 30 ago 2020

Days ago I posted on my Instagram and talked about it on my YouTube channel. This topic I have wanted to deal with for a while because for many years it has bothered me, I have not liked any of these things that some parents do when their child practices Karate or any martial art.

I think every Dojo should have these as a rule for parents:

  1. Do not interrupt the class, wait at the time of break to clarify any doubt with the Sensei.

  2. Do not correct the child during class, that´s what the Sensei is for, to correct.

  3. Do not violence in the child´s fights by screaming hate phrases. One of the main precepts of martial arts are respect and friendship.

  4. Do not enter the Dojo without you and your child getting greeting on entering and getting good by leaving.

If you do not agree to the Dojo rules and martial art that your child practices, you may share your opinion with Sensei otherwise, you are free to withdraw the child.

I invite you to reflect on this, remember that respect starts from home. Oss!
